Staff Qualifications
ECS Skill Card
All our staff are qualified to a standard to comply with the ECS skills card. This card is recognised in the industry to prove our commitment to having the right skills and experience to suit the varied works undertaken by our company.
JIB Graded
We ensure we have the right mix of qualified personnel all of whom have been graded by the JIB (Joint Industry Board) from Technician’s to Electrical labourers .
Apprenticeship and City & Guilds
All of our Electricians have completed an apprenticeship and are City & Guilds qualified.
Training
Apprentices are the future
We believe that Apprentices are the future of our industry and to this end we employ and train new apprentices every year using the industry’s training company JTL.
We run the apprenticeships over a 4 year period with a mixture of college and onsite training .
Once our apprentices have completed the apprenticeship and passed both their theory and practical exams. They are then graded by the JIB before they can be classed as Electricians.
